At Leonaire, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, efficiently, and on time. To ensure reliable nationwide delivery, we have partnered with Shiprocket, a trusted logistics and shipping platform, to manage and fulfill all shipments across India.


Shipping Coverage

We currently offer pan-India shipping to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Delivery availability may vary based on courier partner coverage and regional accessibility.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email along with a tracking link powered by Shiprocket.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner assigned by Shiprocket:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, local restrictions, courier delays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Any promotional offers for free shipping will be applied automatically where eligible.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your shipment in real time through the Shiprocket tracking system or the courier partner’s website.


Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts at the provided shipping address.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order to avoid delays or returns.


Address Changes

Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Once the shipment has been handed over to Shiprocket or the courier partner, we will be unable to modify the delivery address.


Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product. We will coordinate with Shiprocket and the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Delays and Force Majeure

Leonaire shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or courier service interruptions.

Free Shipping

Leonaire is pleased to offer free standard shipping across all serviceable locations in India. No shipping or handling charges are applied to any eligible orders placed on our website.

Prepaid Orders Only

At this time, Leonaire accepts prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be successfully paid for at the time of checkout using our supported online payment methods.
