1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled through our website.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at leonaire.official@gmail.com with your Order ID.


2. Return Eligibility & Approval Conditions

Returns will be reviewed and approved strictly under the following conditions:

2.1 Defective or Damaged on Arrival

  • The product is proven to be defective or physically damaged at the time of delivery.

  • This must be supported by a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing/opening video showing the condition of the product immediately upon opening the package.

2.2 Wrong Product or Size Shipped

  • The item or size delivered does not match the details mentioned in your order confirmation.

  • Note: Size-related issues selected by the customer at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

2.3 Customer-Requested Return (Change of Mind)

  • At our sole discretion, we may accept returns for reasons other than defect or damage.

  • In such cases, the customer agrees to bear all return shipping charges, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.


3. Strict Return Window

  • All return requests must be initiated within three (3) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, as tracked by our shipping partners.

  • Requests received after this period will be automatically rejected.


4. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Be returned in its original packaging, with all protective seals, stickers, and tags intact and attached.

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or valid proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.


5. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

  • All return requests must include a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing/opening video.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The process of opening the package

    • The product and its condition

  • This video must be shared along with your Order ID via Email or WhatsApp before the return process begins.

Failure to provide this video will result in the rejection of the return request.


6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return

  • Mandatory unboxing video

  • Clear images (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will share detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

8. Non-Returnable & Exception Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

9. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the approved product and place a fresh order once the return is accepted.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within the return window at leonaire.official@gmail.com along with the mandatory unboxing video and your Order ID, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


11. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

12. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Return shipping charges may apply as per our discretion.
